CANCELLATION POLICY

Sometimes unforeseen events happens and you may need to reschedule your appointment or cancel altogether, if so don't worry but please get in touch as soon as possible.

Balance.

If you are unable to make a booked appointment, you will not be asked to pay the balance owing regardless of the notice time given.

Deposits.

Deposits for bookings are none refundable. However if you need to reschedule and give at least 24 hours notice your deposit can be deducted from the balance owing of any future bookings

Rescheduling.

You're welcome to book a new appointment in the future. To book online you will need to pay a new deposit, but any previous deposit will be credited against the balance owing where more that 24 hours notice was given of the change.
