Subscriptions and Video Access
This page covers how access works for videos and training, how subscriptions are managed, and how to cancel if needed.
Access to Content
Access is provided either through a subscription or a one-time purchase, depending on what you’ve chosen.
-
Subscriptions (e.g. monthly video access) renew automatically
-
One-time purchases (e.g. training or fixed-term video access) run for a set period or include ongoing access, depending on the product
Details are shown at the point of purchase.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time, but how you do this depends on how you subscribed.
If you subscribed via card
You can cancel directly through your account:
-
Log into your account
-
Go to My Subscriptions
-
Select your active subscription
-
Click Cancel
Once cancelled, you won’t be charged again, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
If you subscribed via PayPal
Subscriptions made through PayPal must be cancelled within your PayPal account.
Cancelling within your Sensual Bodyworks account alone will not stop future PayPal payments.
If using PayPal on a browser (website):
-
Log into your PayPal account
-
Go to Settings
-
Select Payments
-
Click Manage automatic payments
-
Select the Sensual Bodyworks subscription
-
Click Cancel
If using the PayPal app:
-
Open the PayPal app
-
Go to your profile/settings
-
Select Payments or Automatic Payments
-
Choose the Sensual Bodyworks subscription
-
Tap Cancel
Once cancelled in PayPal, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
One-Time Purchases (Training & Fixed Access)
If you’ve purchased training or a fixed-term access option (such as 3-month video access), these do not renew automatically.
-
Access will continue for the duration stated at purchase
-
Once that period ends, access will expire
-
No cancellation is needed
